1. Introduction & Acceptance

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

AA Game is for adults only. You may not use AA Game if any of the following conditions apply:

• You must ensure that online betting is not legally prohibited in the country where you reside.
• We strongly advise against betting if you are experiencing mental health or financial difficulties.
• Users who have voluntarily self-excluded will not be able to access their account during the exclusion period.

4. Deposits & Payments

AA Game accepts deposits via multiple mobile banking methods. The deposit rules are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits are usually instant, but may take up to 30 minutes in the event of a technical issue.
• Depositing from another person's payment account is not allowed — all deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.

Deposit Limits

AA Game allows users to set their own deposit limits. You can apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 72 hours, but can be reduced with immediate effect.

5. Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw your winnings, please follow the rules below:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000 (standard members); separate limits apply for VIP members.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals over ৳10,000 will be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity, and the member will be notified.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

AA Game regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement — typically 5x–20x the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed on the first deposit exclusively.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• AA Game reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.

Bonus Abuse

In cases of bonus abuse (including arbitrage betting, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, etc.), AA Game reserves the right to suspend the account, void the bonus, and take legal action if necessary.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on AA Game:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, AA Game reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules.
• Bets may be declined in live betting due to internet latency — AA Game is not responsible in such cases.
• In Sports Betting, bets remain pending until the match result is confirmed.

Maximum Betting Limit

Each market has a maximum betting limit, which varies by game and market. VIP members generally enjoy higher limits.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AA Game:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Engaging in bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent purposes.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

AA Game may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• If false or incomplete information is found during KYC verification.
• If suspicious transactions or signs of fraud are detected.
• If an underage user is identified.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. All valid balances can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
